L’Atenci\u00f3 Plena (Mindfulness) \u00e9s la capacitat de cultivar la consci\u00e8ncia del moment present i deixar de banda els nostres prejudicis programats. \u00c9s estar en relaci\u00f3 amb l’experi\u00e8ncia directa del moment present, aqu\u00ed i ara. Quan ens connectem als moments de la nostra vida amb Atenci\u00f3 Plena (Mindfulness) podem experimentar \u201cEl Ara\u201d: s\u00f3n moments de claredat on estem en contacte amb la consci\u00e8ncia del que \u00e9s realment important. Una gran quantitat de recerca est\u00e0 demostrant que practicar l’Atenci\u00f3 Plena (Mindfulness) ens pot ajudar a curar el nostre estr\u00e8s, l’ansietat, la depressi\u00f3, l’addicci\u00f3, el dolor cr\u00f2nic, i obrir-nos a l’alegria, l’amor, l’autocompassi\u00f3 i gaudir m\u00e9s sentit de connexi\u00f3 amb nosaltres mateixos i els altres. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha evid\u00e8ncia que pot ajudar a ajudar a desenvolupar un cervell m\u00e9s fort i m\u00e9s saludable. S’han creat molts programes d’aprenentatge i pr\u00e0ctica de l’Atenci\u00f3 Plena (Mindfulness) per donar suport i ajudar les persones amb situacions de patiment diferents. Aquests inclouen la Reducci\u00f3 d’Estr\u00e8s Basat en Mindfulness (REBM), Processament Emocional Basat en Mindfulness (PEBM) i moltes altres aplicacions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>
